Staying on Track

Started jogging a little faster a few days ago. Working on getting my speed up to 3.6 mpg for a 5k on the treadmill. I am only at 26 minutes at 3.5mph, however at 3.2mph I can jog 2 full miles in 38 minutes. I am going on week 3 of jogging regularly. I love feeling fit and healthy!!
